Ascendant Audio announces its newest addition to the fleet of monster subs.

The king of 'youtube' videos Steve Meade has joined forces with the team at Ascendant to bring to you a new ground breaking woofer, SMD Edition.

This new woofer will be available in 15" and 18" models only. Weighing in at around 80lbs+ this will also be the heaviest in the line. Daily power rating will be 3500wrms through its 4" 4 layer flatwind coil.

Expected release date is January 2009. More coming shortly!
