XS POWER

The new XS Power Cell, is a non-spillable AGM lead-acid battery design. AGM, or Absorbed Glass Mat is a new technology where the electrolyte is suspended in an absorbant fiberglass material, eliminating the need to 'flood' the battery with water.

This unique design of an AGM enables it to be spillproof, and vibration resistant while having ultra low internal resistance.

Able to be mounted in any position*, the XS Power Deep Cycle features a rugged case molded of ABS plastic, which makes it the leader in performance applications for any type of racing, car audio DB competition, motorcycle, and marine.

Why do XS Power Batteries cost more than Flooded Batteries?

XS Power batteries are manufactured using only virgin lead, 99.99% pure compared to most batteries that use recycled lead. The pure-lead design means better performance. In other words, MORE POWER!
Grids are thinner. This allows for more grids which means more surface area in a smaller package. More surface area means MORE POWER!
AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) design means longer life, vibration resistant, deep cycle & can be mounted in any position (except upside down).

i-BAR System:: integrated-Battery Amperage Rail
XS Power introduces the first fully integrated, completely modular battery amperage management system. The i-BAR system allows one battery design to be transformed into a perfect fit for a number of applications. The system allows for SAE posts which fit many domestic and import vehicles, standard GM side posts or the combination of both. For marine applications 3/8 and 5/16 studs can be fitted, or the popular combination SAE posts and 5/16 studs. Now for the first time a battery can be configured with (4) SAE top posts in conjunction with GM side posts. This allows standard GM electrical connections that car audio enthusiasts can use to directly distribute power from the batteries connections. The i-BAR rails feature a unique design that locks them into the battery’s case relieving stress on the cables, and side connections. The i-BAR locking feature is exclusive to XS Power, and not offered with other AGM side terminal designs.

PN:: 553 i-BAR, 5/16 & 3/8in. Studs with Side Terminals (adapts D3400 to marine stud applications).
