Our aim is to despatch Goods as soon as possible, if you need goods for a specific time or date please contact us to arrange this or use the next day delivery option. Next day delivery and 48 hour services refers to the delivery time only and applies when goods are despatched from us. We will send your order on a tracked 48 hour (depending on value of order) delivery with Royal Mail or by a private courier, currently we use UPS, UK Mail, TNT & Interlink direct.
For Fi Car Audio these products are MADE TO ORDER. Typically between 20-30 days shipping time. Option is available to fast-track the order process at an additional cost. Please contact us for further information.
On standard orders under 1kg we use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class service recorded service and although on the whole, parcels arrive within this 48 hour window, we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and cannot guarantee this. For heavier and more expensive orders we use a courier service so goods will be dispatched the next/same day for delivery the following day. At present we use UPS, UK Mail, TNT & Interlink direct for all courier services.
Deliveries will generally require a signature as proof of delivery, so if you’re not in and there is no one to leave the Goods with, you may be asked to collect the Order from your local collection office in the case of Royal Mail, or Your nearest depot in the case of a private courier. If UPS, UK Mail, TNT & Interlink direct have tried to deliver and no one was available at the delivery address, they may try and deliver to a neighbour, if you do not want this please state so in the comments box at the time of ordering. Failing delivery to a neighbour, UPS, UK Mail, TNT & Interlink direct will leave a calling card with instructions on how to re-arrange delivery. If you have provided your e-mail address you will receive an e-mail from UPS, UK Mail, TNT & Interlink direct that will include a unique link so that you can track the progress of your order.
Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and the delivery address that you give when you place your order. We can change the delivery address up to the point when the item is despatched, after that point it cannot be changed. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
The delivery times are given to Us in good faith and are not legally binding. Please also note that certain postcodes do unfortunately incur an extra delivery day.
48 Hour Delivery
This option refers to the timescale of delivery only and doesn't include the time from when we receive Your order. This service is with Royal Mail and delivery is on week days only. On the whole most parcels do arrive within 48 hours, however we are the mercy of Royal Mail, UPS, UK Mail, TNT & Interlink direct.and occasionally delays, regrettably may occur.
Next Day Delivery
This option is available on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday and will either be sent using Royal Mail's Special Delivery for upto 1kg or heavier items via UPS, UK Mail, TNT & Interlink direct. You can select Next Day delivery when you go through the checkout process. This option unfortunately is not available to all postcodes. Delivery on the Next Day service is made on working days and does not include weekends and bank holidays.

To get a shipping quote for another part of the world, simply e-mail us email@example.com for best upto to date shipping price to your door. If you’ve not received your order within 7 working days of receiving the despatch e-mail please contact us immediately.
Finally we advise you to check the contents of the order with the inventory sent with the goods. In the rare instance that goods are missing, please contact us within 24 hours and we will happily send out the missing goods at no extra cost to you. If goods are damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order.
