2.1 By ordering from Us You are deemed as entering into a contract with Us. As part of this process You will be given the opportunity to check the contents of Your order and correct any errors. Once Your Order has been dispatched any mistakes cannot be rectified. When You have completed the online checkout process this will detail the content of Your Order and give You a unique Order number, it’s advised that you keep this number safe and use it when corresponding with Us. 2.2 All Goods are subject to availability. 2.3 We can refuse Your Order if: – Payment is not authorised. – Goods become unavailable. – If You do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Conditions. – That We believe there are reasonable grounds for refusing an Order.
3.1 Prices advertised are in Pounds Sterling. You are responsible for ensuring that all credit and debit card details are correct and that You are using the card in good faith. 3.2 We do ship worldwide, You will be responsible for all costs, taxes and duties incurred. 3.3 You will be notified when Your Order has been despatched. We aim to despatch Goods on the next working day from receiving your Order. 3.4 Goods will either be sent first class or recorded delivery with Royal Mail or by a private courier. 3.5 Delivery times are issued in good faith and are not legally binding. You will pay the amount specified at the time of the checkout process. 3.11 Prices exclude delivery charges. 3.12 If You have selected the Standard Delivery option the weight of the order will dictate the delivery option that we choose. 3.13 Orders with a packaged weight of over 1.25kg will be sent using UK Mail. We are not liable for any delays incurred by UK Mail. Some post codes incur a further delivery day due to their distance from the nearest UK mail depot. 3.14 Next Day delivery is available on orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday and to selected post codes. 3.15 Next day Delivery applies to delivery on working days and does not include weekends and bank holidays. 3.16 Saturday Delivery is available on orders placed before the preceding Friday at 2pm to selected UK postcodes. 3.17 Saturday Delivery orders will be sent using Royal mail special delivery upto 2KG and courier service upto 25kg. Services are exclusive to the UK ONLY not Highlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland or Channel Islands.
4.1 If You wish to cancel Your Order: Before despatch You must notify Us as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com or by phoning 01908 610441, please quote Your Order number in all correspondence. If Goods have already been despatched: You must return them within 7 working days of receipt to; BLADE ICE Newyard Workshop 15 Newlands Farm Astwood Road Cranfield MK43 0AS 4.2 If You wish to return Goods for any reason You must notify us by the methods in condition 4.1 stating the reason within 14 days from the date of the order. 4.3 You are free to return Goods for a refund or exchange if they are unused and in their sealed state and are suitable for re-sale and within 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded for the price of the Goods only. Return postage costs will be met by You. Refunds and exchanges will only be authorised once these conditions have been met and we have received the Goods. You are advised to obtain proof of posting and insurance when returning Goods as they will be Your responsibility until they are received by Us. 4.4 Your Statutory Rights are not affected. Items that are faulty please see section 11 4.5 If incorrect goods are sent with your order it is imperative that you return the items to us, upon receiving goods we will send correct item to you. The return postage costs will be met by You.

Special deals can be revoked, amended and stopped at the discretion of bladeice.com without notice and without compensation. 9.3 No cash alternative will be give for free items. 9.4 Free items will be awarded to orders that meet the qualifying minimum spend following any applied discounts (including loyalty points) and excluding postage and packaging charges. 9.5 Free items will be awarded as one per order unless stated otherwise. 9.6 Special Deals may be for a limited period and have beginning and end dates and times, these will be notified with the Special Deal.

Electrical Items 11.1 For electrical items that develop faults within 30 days of purchase, contact BladeICE via firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01908 610441. The item will be collected and replaced. 11.2 For faults that develop between 31 days and 12 months from the date of purchase, items must be returned to BladeICE. The item will be repaired, or if that is not possible, replaced. The cost of returning items will be met by the sender. If the fault is through misuse this warranty does not apply. Non-Electrical Items 11.3 Products that develop faults within 30 days of the purchase date please notify BladeICE when a replacement will be offered. 11.4 Faults that develop between 31 days and 12 months of purchase must be returned to BladeICE for repair or replacement. The cost of returning items will be met by the sender. 11.5 Items must be used fairly and for the purpose for which they are intended. Items that are damaged through misuse and/or incorrect storage will not be covered by warranty.
